Determinan Employee Engagement Generasi Millenial Karyawan BUMN

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembahasan mengenai employee engagement karyawan generasi millennial yang bekerja perusahaan BUMN. Penentuan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan jumlah responden dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 285 karyawan. Alat digunakan untuk mengolah data SEM (Structural Equation Model) dioperasikan melalui program AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Studi menemukan keterlibatan dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional, komitmen organisasional, loyalitas. Namun, menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas tidak terbukti dapat memediasi hubungan antara transformasional dengan engagement. Terakhir, studi bertujuan memberikan kontribusi konteks organisasi lebih umum topik secara teoritis empiris.
